Full Privacy Policy

Your privacy is important to us. We collect only the information necessary to provide our service, such as your name, email, and feedback data. This information is used solely for the purpose of delivering our 360-degree feedback service and is never sold to third parties.

We protect your data with encrypted connections (HTTPS), restricted access to our servers and automated security checks. You can delete a campaign at any time from your dashboard; it is then permanently erased with all its answers after 30 days. Campaigns and self-assessments with no activity for 12 months are erased automatically.

You have the right to request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data at any time. To exercise these rights, please contact our support team.

Data Usage

We use your data to provide our service: processing feedback and generating reports. We may also look at how a report was produced, for example when a report appears to be incorrect, so we can fix the problem and improve how the service works. We do not use your data to train or improve AI models. Your data is always handled with the utmost care and confidentiality.

To write the reports, we use specialised AI service providers. They receive the ratings, the comments and the optional profile you give (such as role, sector, team size or goal), but not your name or email address, and we only use providers that do not use this data to train their models. We also rely on trusted service providers to send emails and to protect our forms against spam.

Aggregated, anonymized data may be used for research and development purposes to improve our service. This data cannot be traced back to individual users.
