360° feedback is a comprehensive performance review method where employees receive anonymous feedback from their peers, managers, and direct reports, along with a self-assessment.

Do reviewers need to create an account?
No, reviewers don't need to sign up or create an account. They simply click the link you share and submit their feedback anonymously.
How is the report written?
We use AI to turn the ratings and comments into a written summary and suggestions. The scores are shown next to it, so you can check every conclusion, and it only uses what you and your colleagues answered.
Is the feedback anonymous?
Yes. Colleagues' answers are combined into one report, and results only appear once at least three colleagues have answered, so no single response can be traced back.
How many colleagues should I invite?
Four to six people who work with you regularly: your manager, a few peers and, if you lead a team, some direct reports.
Which languages are supported?
The survey and the reports are available in English, French, German and Spanish. Each reviewer can answer in their own language.
