What is behind it?
The questions are the 20-item Mini-IPIP, a short version of the Big Five personality model taken from the public-domain International Personality Item Pool. It is a quick, fun indication for a team conversation, not a formal assessment. For a full personal profile, take our 50-question test. Take the full 50-question test

Frequently asked questions
How many people can play?
From 2 to 40. It works best with 4 to 15 people.
Do we need to install anything?
No. The host opens the session on a laptop connected to a screen (or shares it on a video call); everyone else uses the browser on their phone.
How long does it take?
About 3 minutes to answer, then 10 to 20 minutes for the reveal and the discussion.
Is it serious?
It is light on purpose: every end of every trait is a strength, and the awards are kind. Use it to start a conversation about how you work together.
